Quick Links
The visual, performing, and digital arts encourage students to communicate ideas, interpret experiences, and bring creative concepts to life. UConn courses offered through UConn ECE provide opportunities to develop artistic, technical, and analytical skills through creative practice and the study of diverse forms of expression. Across these disciplines, students learn to experiment, collaborate, solve problems, and share their perspectives with others.
To help students explore UConn courses offered through UConn ECE, academic disciplines are organized into the same six broad categories used for UConn ECE Student Scholarships. These groupings highlight connections among fields and make it easier for students to discover courses aligned with their interests, goals, and potential areas of future study. Students interested in applying for a scholarship should review the full eligibility and application requirements.
