UConn ECE provides Microsoft 365 access to actively teaching UConn ECE Instructors who need the suite for their teaching, including access to SharePoint instructor and course resources required by their UConn Faculty Coordinators. Due to licensing costs, access is limited to eligible instructors and must be requested annually. Requests are accepted during the registration period and will be activated shortly after registration closes.

As an alternative to downloading and installing applications directly onto your computer, you can access university-licensed software on your devices through UConn AnyWare. AnyWare is a virtual desktop service that you can use from any device with a network connection. Within AnyWare, you can access your printers and storage devices. Personalized settings are saved between sessions, giving you the flexibility to transition between devices and pick up your work where you left off.
UConn ECE Instructors are added to a discipline-specific listserv which allows you to receive and send emails to all your UConn ECE departmental colleagues. A listserv is used like an email address: take the listserv address, enter it into your email send box, write your message, and then send. UConn ECE uses the listserv to notify you about events and other opportunities. We encourage you to use the listserv too. Want to ask your colleagues about materials or pose other group questions? Some departments also post reference materials, banks of test questions, sample tests, and syllabi on a private HuskyCT site that is only accessible with your NetID.
